- Welfare check
If you are concerned about a person’s welfare and you are unable to reach them by phone, email or at their home, then you can get in touch with police and request a welfare check.
In Queensland, you can contact the closest local police station or PoliceLink on 131 444.
If you believe there is an emergency situation unfolding, please phone 000.
- Death Notice
Many families in Australia continue to share death notices in a local or state newspapers or online. In saying that, not everyone will have a notice published after their loved one has passed away.
You are able to search for a specific notice at mytributes.com.au. Once on this site you can click the “Death Notices” tab. In that section, you are able to search for a specific name and location.
